My one to one life coaching is for people who feel stuck in a rut and want live a life which truly makes them happy, whatever that looks like to them.
Together we'll work out what direction you want your life to go in, put goals in place that you genuinely feel excited about and start taking action towards living your happiest life.

1-1 coaching sessions

8 X 60 minute coaching calls, usually every fortnight for four months. During this call we'll understand your objectives, create a plan which feels manageable and put smaller actions in place each session to help you get there.

How we spend our time working together will vary dramatically from person to person so it's hard to give a 'typical' coaching journey, however often during our time working together we'd look at some or all elements (psst, you're not supposed to know all the answers now... that's where I come in!):
- Why are you stuck in the first place? (First we look at your life right now, what is going well, what do you want to change? What is causing you to feel stuck? Looking both internally and externally)
- What do you actually want? (What direction do you want to go in? What makes you happy? Do you want to work on your mindset? Change career? How you spend your time?)
- What is getting in your way? (What is stopping you from getting there, is it practical skills? Confidence? Mindset? Societal?)
- Sometimes we take a little look at the science of happiness, did you know that there are different types of happiness (eudonomic which is about meaning and hyralonic which is all about the feeling of joy) did you know that

A four- month time frame gives us plenty of time to dive deep and get to the heart of what's going on for you, where you want to get to and implement the changes needed to get yourself unstuck and on to living your happiest life, whatever that looks like to you. Occasionally clients like to work together for longer to help them with further goals however, I'm confident that in four months you'll be in a place where you feel ready to tackle the world head-on on your own.
