We often hear a lot of phrases like 'there is no road to happiness, happiness is the road' but we don't know what this means or what it looks like to us. This workshop will help you discover your own version of happy and to create a plan to inject more of it into your time on earth.

- Get to know which part of happiness you can/ can't control and how to do this. 

- Have a full understanding of where your own personal happiness comes from.

- Understand the blockers which might might be reducing your happiness and how you can get around them.

- Leave with a realistic plan in place to help you to inject more happiness into your life moving forward.
