I work 1-1 with people who want more clarity, direction, and genuine happiness in their lives.

 

My approach combines traditional life coaching with tools from Positive Psychology - the science of happiness, wellbeing and human flourishing. I'm a certified life coach with an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, so I bring research-backed methods to every session.
 

My coaching sessions tend to be warm, supportive, and practical rather than heavy and draining  - helping you get clear, take action, and start creating a life that truly feels good.

What's next?

Step 1. Getting started
It all starts with a free, 20 minute introductory chat to get to know each other, and see how I might be able to help. This is an informal, no obligation way to decide if we think we'd be a good match! You can book this call here.

Step 2. Book a package
I predominantly work with clients in packages (listed below). Committing to a specific package means we can both feel more confident on the results you can expect from working together from the get go and it gives us enough time to work through the reason that you're here.

 

Step 3. Working Together


Now for the good bit - this is where real change begins. Once we start working together, you can expect:

  • 60-minute coaching sessions (online or in-person)

  • A Life MOT assessment to kickstart your inner work before we even meet

  • A personalised client portal with session notes and action steps

  • Support between sessions via email or Voxer — so I’m in your back pocket when you need me

  • Access to proven tools, exercises, and resources from positive psychology

  • A friendly, qualified coach cheering you on every step of the way
     

Session availability:
I currently offer sessions on Mondays, (in-person or online), Fridays (online), and occasional Tuesday mornings/ evenings. If there is a specific time that works best for you we can book this in on a fortnightly basis, or if you'd rather adhoc, you can book as and when suits you.
