This workshop is for you if:

This 75 minute workshop uses research in human psychology, tried and tested coaching tools and techniques and my experience in working with 1-1 clients in the exact same position as you in order to help you understand why you feel stuck in your current stage of life and therefore how to get out of it. 

Throughout this workshop we'll first dive into  6 core reasons why we might feel stuck (ranging from societal pressures to the science behind how our brain works). Then we'll complete exercises on each of the core reasons to help overcome these  challenges and enable you to move forward to live a life you can get excited by!

This workshop can be purchased as a standalone on it's own however I strongly suggest that you come along to both the 'Why Are You Stuck?' and 'What Do You Want?' workshop to get the best results. Attending both will provide the you with full spectrum from being stuck to understanding how to get out that rut and then learning what you really want!
