I work with people who feel stuck in a rut and want more happiness in their future. So, if you ever find yourself thinking "surely there's more to life than this?" then you're in the right place.
Perhaps you've hit a milestone age where life isn't quite what you thought it would look like? Maybe you're unsure which direction to go next, and you want to figure out how you want to spend your time on Earth. Or, maybe you're feeling a bit stuck in a rut right now, and want to have someone to support you in bringing the joy back into your day-to-day.
My style of life coaching is different. I use science, positive Psychology research and tried and tested models of happiness alongside traditional life coaching. My sessions tend to be fun, light-hearted and exploratory rather than heavy and draining to enable you to fully understand what's going on for you right now, help you to set goals that you genuinely feel excited about enable you to start taking action to bring more happiness into your life whilst enjoying the process along the way.

Everyone is unique and our coaching will be customised to suit you. However, during our time together, whether it be in our 1-1 sessions, messages between sessions or 'homework' you've taken away with you, it's likely that we'll deep dive into these core areas; ​

That warm sense of having a purpose in what we're doing can come from a huge range of places and here we start to understand where you currently get meaning from in your life and how you can have more of it to increase your happiness.

Often we struggling to know what direction to go because we’re not sure on who we are. Maybe we’re chasing an idea of success that society has taught us, or maybe we’re stuck on the life our younger self thought we’d be living. Here we answer the questions; 'What are your core values?', 'What are your strengths? and 'What is your idea of success?
What brings you joy?
In Psychology, we divide happiness into two main areas; joy and meaning.
Here we look at that buzzy feeling of joy within happiness and what actually brings you these moments. We'll use scientific research and work with Positive Psychology tools and models to work out how to bring more of this type of happiness into your life.
Finally, we'll put in a plan in place to make it happen and move you forward on your happiness road ahead.
We'll make sure to take a look at what might still be holding you back and how to resolve it. Plus, you're always welcome to continue to book in further sessions to keep you on track.

I predominantly work with clients in packages (listed below). Committing to a specific package means we can both feel more confident on the results you can expect from working together from the get go and it gives us enough time to dive into all the juicy stuff I've talked about on this page.

1-1 coaching sessions
60 minute coaching sessions with me, usually online via google meet.
During each hour we get to understand your objectives, create a plan which feels manageable and put smaller actions in place to help you build your happiest future.
Notes and actions sent over after each session
Following each one-to-one session i'll send over written notes and actions which you can look back on. I'll also follow up with you on how these are going between sessions to help ensure you stay in track.
