My four month programme 'road to happy' is for people who want to spend some time working out what they actually want to do with their life and how they can be happier.
Together, over four months I'll take you through a six step process to help you get unstuck and work out what you actually want to do with your life, how you really want to spend your time on earth and support you to put steps in place to make it happen.

Why are you stuck?
First we take a deep dive into exactly where you’re at in your life right now. What's going well? what isn't? Which areas of your life might need some work? Which areas of your life feel on track?
Then we look at what exactly is keeping you stuck. looking at both the world around you and your own psychology so we can unpick what to do next...
What do you want?
Living to work or working to live?
I firmly believe that the two can go hand in hand if we do them properly.
Here we'll look at where your life and career are mixing well, where you could benefit from focussing on one or the other and how the two can work hand in hand moving forward.
What brings you meaning?
You are unique, and what makes you happy is very unlikely to be the same as what makes all my other clients happy...
We'll bring together everything we've worked on so far to work out what your recipe for happiness is in order to put a short term and long term happiness plan in place.
Who are you?
Often we’re struggling to know what direction to go because we’re not really sure who we are. Maybe we’re chasing an idea of success that society has taught us? Or maybe we’re looking for the life we thought we’d have 10 years ago? Here we get to the bottom of what are your core values, what are your strengths and what your idea of success is.
What brings you joy?
Here we use psychological theories and methods of happiness and relate these to your own personal circumstances.
Putting practices in place in your own life to ensure happiness in your present day and well into the future.
Make it happen.
Finally, we take a look at what might still be holding you back and how to resolve it before we finish working together.
We'll put a plan in place to move you forward and maintain happiness on your road ahead.
1-1 coaching sessions with me
8 X 1-1 coaching sessions with myself, a certified life coach with over two years experience in coaching. I firmly believe that you have all the answers within you, it's just up to me to ask the right questions to get them out of you.
toolkit of resources
Access to an online platform which includes a toolkit of resources. from journaling prompts to exercises to pre- recorded workshops, all of which have been formulated using coaching techniques and positive psychology to help you work out what you want to do with your life.
access anytime workshops
Each stage in the programme has at least one pre-recorded online workshop which you can access any time. these workshops use a mixture of neuroscience, positive psychology and coaching psychology to help you have lightbulb moments between sessions.
unlimited support for four months
I am here, by your side at every step of your journey. If you're stuck on anything at all during the time we work together i will be in your pocket ready to cheer you on via email or voxer (voice note and messaging app) support.
Most importantly you'll finally get to the bottom of the question "what do I want to do with my life?".
You'll understand how to be happy in your day-to-day and feel confident in your direction your direction moving forward.

If you want your life to change, you need to change something. the only thing i ask before you start of the programme is that you have the willingness and open mindedness to make changes, to try things out and to dedicate time to putting yourself first. this doesn't necessarily mean something big like a career change. This can be a few tiny tweaks to prioritise happiness in your day-to-day as long as you're willing to make those changes i have no doubt you'll see results.
