How does it work?
This is a self- led programme which uses research based Positive Psychology within 7 modules, all designed to help you to get unstuck and build a life which makes you happy. Upon purchasing the programme you'll get your own personal login to the portal. The course is designed to take about 2-4 months but you'll have access to the portal for 12 months just incase life gets in the way!

This module is all about welcoming you on to the Road To Happy Programme so that you know what you can expect from the journey ahead and set intentions for what you might want your road to look like.
Get to know yourself.
If you knew exactly what you wanted and how to get it then you probably wouldn’t have reached this part of the website... Here we look at building that image of what you actually want your life to look like, but in a way which feels exciting, realistic and achievable to you.
Building on the self-reflection in Module 2, here you'll dive into various exercises to gain a better understanding of who you are, what your values are, your strengths, what your idea of a successful life might look like.
The Psychology of Wellbeing.
Wellbeing has become a buzzword in recent years but there is so much more to wellbeing than just "get outside at lunch time". Wellbeing is essentially the ability to thrive and that's why it's so important, here we look at a model taken from various theories in Psychology in order to help you to work out how you can take care of your own wellbeing in a way which is distinct to you.
Here, we'll look at everything you've learnt so far and use it to build a strategy towards the future and how you can continue to work on prioritising your happiness well into the future.

Why are you stuck?
This module explores reasons why you might be stuck in the first place, helping you to recognise your own barriers which might be standing in your way to building a life which truly makes you happy.

The Psychology of Happiness.
This module looks at the basics of Happiness Psychology looking at two types of happiness which Psychologists widely agree on and how you can add more of these into your life in a way which suits you.
If you're constantly struggling to complete your goals, chances are it has nothing to do with you but instead everything to do with the goal itself. Here we use Psychological theory in goal setting and motivation to look at how you can set meaningful goals that you're actually excited to stick to.
