This page is designed to give you a bit more information on me and what you can expect out of us working together! If you have any questions at all after reading this, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Before we start
Make sure you have;
- Filled out the LIFE MOT questionnaire here
- Made payment within 48 hours of recieving the payment link in order to hold your session time. If this isn't possible then that's not a problem just let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.
- Read over the coaching agreement attached to your welcome email
Your first session
Each session is 60 minutes long and they're relaxed, warm and friendly nature. All sessions take place on google meet and you'll receive a link to join in your calendar and via email. In our first session we usually start with the basics. We get to the bottom of what it is you're here for, where you're at right now, what challenges are in your way and what you might want to achieve out of working together. We'll usually set a couple of actions off the back of our discussion, often these include something you can do for yourself to move you in the direction you want to be and one or two pieces of 'homework' in the form of an exercise or questionnaire.
After the call I'll send you over a personalised client portal and password containing your session notes and actions. You can access this to remind yourself on what we spoke about or what your actions were at any time.
During each session
I am a Life Coach who uses Positive Psychology methods of coaching. What this means is that I use research based methods, models, interventions and psychometric testing based on the science of happiness and wellbeing within my coaching. This means that our sessions will include both general questions to get to the bottom of what you want your life to look like as well as working through scientific models backed by research to get you unstuck.
After each call I'll update your client portal to include your most recent notes and actions.
With the exception of holidays I can be reached Monday- Friday 9-5pm via Voxer or email and will reply within 24-48 hours on week days. Please be mindful when contacting me between sessions, in order to give all of my clients the best support possible I'm unable to exceed one hours worth of voxer/ email support between sessions.
If you'd like to communicate via Voxer please download it and find me at email@example.com. Please remember to keep all voice notes to under two minutes so that I don't get lost (!).
After we've finished working together
This package is designed to give you the tools that you need to continue on your Road to Happy without me and I have no doubt that you will do just that! Time and time again I have clients contacting me to say that they're still putting into practice everything we worked through together and the impact it's made on their life and happiness. Some of many clients do prefer to continue working together on a rolling monthly basis to keep those fortnightly or monthly check-ins keeping them motivated to continue on their journey. If you're interested in this then let me know before our last session.
Recommend a friend
For the last two years most of my clients have come from the referral of someone else who I've worked with, it means so much to me that my clients have such positive experiences that they sing my praises to their friends so I've since decided to thank those clients by offering one free session to you when you recommend a friend*
*Your friend must purchase the full 'Road to Happy' package or work together for a minimum of 8 sessions to qualify.

Before you hit that cross in the top right hand corner and get on with your day, I wanted you to get to know the person who will be coaching you a little better! I'm Jo and I live in London with my husband Chris and my Cavapoo Archie. I try to keep Archie away from our coaching calls but I can't guarantee he won't make an appearance...
I'm a summer person through and through and my favourite things include seeing friends, eating yummy food, visiting new places and learning new things.
I've been a qualified life coach for three years and I'm also currently studying a masters in positive psychology learning the science of happiness which I use in my coaching work every single day and I absolutely love it.
We'll definitely discuss your "core values" whilst we work together so I wanted to share mine!;
