I work with people who feel stuck in a rut and want to build more happiness into their future. So, if you ever find yourself thinking "surely there's more to life than this?" then you're in the right place.
Perhaps you've hit a milestone age where life isn't quite what you thought it would look like? Maybe you're unsure which direction to go next, and you want to figure out what will truly make you happy as you navigate through this next part of your life. Or, maybe you're feeling a bit stuck in a rut right now, and want to have someone to support you in bringing the joy back into your day-to-day.
Using life coaching theory, positive psychology research and scientific models of happiness I get people unstuck by guiding them through six core elements. Together, we'll go through a tried and tested process to explore what's going on for you right now, set goals that you genuinely feel excited about and start taking action to bring more happiness into your life.
My signature coaching programmes 'Road to Happy' includes a combination of traditional life coaching tools and techniques alongside proven scientific models and methods of happiness to help you build a life which you feel excited by.

Working with me looks a little something like this...
Fortnightly
1-1 coaching sessions
60 minute coaching sessions with me, usually online via google meet.
During each hour we get to understand your objectives, create a plan which feels manageable and put smaller actions in place to help you build your happiest future.
Notes and actions sent over after each session
Following each one-to-one session i'll send over written notes and actions which you can look back on. I'll also follow up with you on how these are going between sessions to help ensure you stay in track.

A certified life coach & happiness Psychologist
As well as being a certified life coach accredited by the National Counselling Society, I'm also a studying Psychologist, studying a masters in Positive Psychology (the Psychology of happiness) this means my coaching is always supported by hot off the press scientific research.
